Quotations and Pricing
The cost of our services is owned by Spotless upholstery cleaning services. Only we have the right to change the prices anytime. Our cost in-house and business areas are different, depends on the services you’ve appointed. Our upholstery cleaning charges are based on cost per seat, a number of things, upholstery fibre and design complexity and flexibility.
If our professionals arrived and If the details went wrong which was describes at the time of booking then we got all right to charge additional fine.
We accept payment via visa card, bank transfer, or by cash.
If the customer is transferring money from the bank then it should be done within 24 hours of service time.
Once the upholstery cleaning is finished the customer has to pay in cash on the spot
In case the customer wishes to make any changes in the service, the customer should inform our services before 24hours of booking the appointment. You can call us at our service or via email you can write to us directly.
If the customer wants to cancel the appointment then it should be done before 24 hours of the servicing date. The customer should inform us directly by calling our service or via email. If the payment has done in advanced then without any fine it’ll refund back to the customer.
If the customer cancels the appointment with 24hrs of the booking then the customer will have to pay fine of $ 95 as a cancellation fee.
Spotless Upholstery Cleaning service does not give any guarantee on any upholstery stain removal. Sometimes after trying every solution and chemicals on fabric or another type of material, still you can’t get rid of the stain.
